In-home care is a great option to help seniors continue to enjoy life at home. You may be a senior who just needs a little bit of help each day. Or maybe you’re caring for your aging parent and feel frazzled as you juggle caregiving duties with work, parenting and managing your own household. We are here to help with flexible, customized solutions for your comfort, peace of mind and well-being.

Depending on your needs, we offer a variety of services to meet your unique needs. The following packages are suggestions that can be purchased whole or mix-and-matched. We offer a complimentary in-home assessment to help find the best solution.

Home Support Services

We all know home is where the heart is. Our in-home care packages range from a little help, to a lot of help, all with the same goal: helping you stay in your home. Our packages are suggestions of services, but each are tailored to your needs. You can also mix-and-match our packages to get exactly what you need to stay happy and healthy in your own home.

Packages
Rise & Shine Package
Morning routines can be difficult as we age. Start your day on the right foot with our Rise and Shine Care Package.
Package Includes:
  • 3-4 hours of assistance (billing based on actual hours)
  • Transfer out of bed
  • Personal care (including bathing and skin care)
  • Linen change
  • Dressing & grooming
  • Morning Medication Reminder
  • Nutritious breakfast
  • Assistance with eating
  • Bathroom assistance and incontinence care
  • Assistance with ambulation and moving about the home
Household Care Package
When you need assistance with the day-to-day or weekly domestic duties both inside and out, let us lend a helping hand.
Package Includes:
  • Light housekeeping
  • Laundry
  • Lawn mowing
  • Snow shoveling
  • Routine maintenance
  • Property management
Sleep Tight Package
Nighttime routines can be difficult for some, especially if you have had a busy day and are tired. End your day with our gentle wind down package.
Package Includes:
  • 3 hours of assistance (billing based on actual hours)
  • Bedtime routine
  • Personal care (including bathing and skin care)
  • Linen change
  • Pajama dressing
  • Bedtime medication reminder
  • Nutritious snack
  • Transfer into bed
  • Assistance with eating
  • Bathroom assistance and incontinence care
  • Assistance with ambulation and moving about the home
  • Home safety check (including lock windows and doors)
Companion Package
Need help getting out of the house?
Our caregivers can help.
Package Includes:
  • Errands and personal shopping
  • Hair appointments
  • Companionship (reading, games, conversation, etc)
  • Accompaniment on outings or to your social activities
  • Transportation and coordination of transportation
Appointments Package
Our caregivers can provide the transportation, attentive support and follow-up needed during health appointments.
Package Includes:
  • 3-4 hours of assistance (billing based on actual hours)
  • Coordination of medical appointments and allied health services (i.e. foot care)
  • Help getting ready for the appointment
  • Transportation
  • Attend doctor visit
  • Ask questions appointed by you
  • Take notes on doctor visit
  • Pharmacy drop-off and pick-up
  • Grocery store trip (if needed)
  • Go home and get settled
  • Provide an updated report to family
Mid Day Check-In Package
You worry about your loved one when you are away for the day. This care package is perfect for working families who just need someone to check-in on their relative.
Package Includes:
  • 3 hours of assistance (billing based on actual hours)
  • Nutritious lunch
  • Assistance with eating
  • Cleaning dishes
  • Prepare nutritious supper (for later)
  • Light housekeeping
  • Help with short walk or trip outside
  • Friendly conversation and company
  • Bathroom assistance and incontinence care
  • Assistance with ambulation and moving about the home
