HomeCare by Design’s President and CEO
Judy has spent over 30 years in healthcare, beginning in direct care and moving into leadership roles improving how seniors experience care.
Today, she remains hands-on in shaping a better approach that supports people at home and through every stage of aging.
Judy’s mission at HomeCare by Design is inspired by the words of Ghandi:
“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
Our Team
We believe great care starts with the right match. That is why we take the time to connect each client with care providers whose skills, experience, and approach align with their needs, routines, and personality.
Our care providers are carefully selected, insured through Home Care by Design, and complete required background checks, including criminal record and Social Development checks. In addition to meeting provincial licensing requirements, our team receives in-house training in our person-centred care approach.
This means our clients and their families can feel confident knowing care is delivered by people who are prepared, compassionate, and reliable. Just as importantly, we believe meaningful social connection is an essential part of care, not an extra.
